Upon rolling a 1 something bad will happenhappen. Roll 1d4 against the below list:

1. Friendly Fire (Full damage)
2. Drop weapon
3. Fall over
4. Provoke attack

The term "Bloodied"

This means the creature being attacked is at or below 50% hitpoints. Do the math chuds.
